Thank you for your interest in the Sidney Music and Arts Festival 2022!  We invite fine artists, artisans, and craftspeople to submit work to be considered for a vendor booth at the 2022 Festival.  A small application fee of 15$ will be charged at the time of application, and the Sidney Music and Arts Festival is waiving our booth fee this year!  

The jury will consist of community members and arts professionals.  Awards of $100 in each category with more than 5 vendors, as well as a Best In Show award of $250 will be awarded to artisan booths.

Criteria
-Categories include:
2-D Visual Art (painting, drawing, photography)
3-D Visual Art (sculpture, pottery, glass, etc)
Jewelry and Accessories
Apparel (clothing) 
Miscellaneous (items which do not fit neatly into other categories, such as handmade games)      
 
-All artists must use a separate entry form for each category entered.
-All work must be for sale.
-All work must be original by the artist submitting the application.
-Artists may not display the work of another non-juried artist.
-Jury reserves the right to re-categorize any booth at their discretion.

               Full Day – Saturday June 18
Vendor Show Hours: 12-7:30pm June 18, 2022
Vendor Set-Up: Saturday June 18, 2022
 8-10am
Vendor Tear-Down: Saturday June 18, 2022

Booth Information
-NO BOOTH FEE! 
-Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’.
-No electricity will be available.
-Artists are responsible for providing all equipment (including canopy), staffing, assembling, and dismantling of their booths/displays.
-Artists are responsible for the security of their belongings at all times.  The Festival will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
-All display, booth material, and artwork must be confined to the designated booth space.
-Artist should come prepared for inclement weather.
-Booth/Display must have Festival approval. In order to obtain pre-approval, photos should be included with your application that shows your work and an optional photo of booth/display area.
-Artists should come prepared to sell until 7:30 p.m.
